DIEGO DEL RIO TOCA

CEO

Diego is a manager and investor with eight years experience in real estate, business development and entertainment. He co-founded a Los Angeles film company that developed, produced, and sold films; he managed investor relations, financing, negotiations, and supervised the creative development. Striving for long term goals and optimization while mixing passion, he then built and managed a value-added private real estate portfolio, creating strategies targeting historic & healthcare markets. Diego holds a Bachelors of Fine Arts in Producing and a Master in Business Administration with a specialization in Applied Finance.

LAURENCE FRANKLIN

CHAIRMAN

From Director of Tumi to later President of Coach, he more than doubled sales to over half a billion dollars and developed the platform for Coach as a billion dollar brand. Afterwards, he became the Executive Vice President and GM of the Designer Fragrance and Cosmetic businesses of Unilever; eventually, he was called to return to Tumi as CEO, leading its expansion towards a distribution network exceeding half a billion dollars in sales. He left seven years later remaining as an Advisor and Board Member until its IPO.
Three years later he became CEO of Frette while also working as an Advisor, Independent Board Member, Board Chairman and Chair of the Audit Committee for several companies such as Rosetta Stone, TravelPro, Buster + Punch, and Fender.

OLIVIER CECCARELLI

Through the senior executive positions he successfully held in France, Japan, and the United States in such companies as L’Oréal and L’Occitane, Olivier developed a unique set of skills in building and managing global consumer and specialty retail brands in the fields of beauty, well-being and luxury.
Graduated from H.E.C Paris, Olivier started his career in 1988, at L’Oréal’s Consumer Division in Paris where he quickly rose in ranks to become General Manager in Japan and eventually SVP of Marketing in the United States.
In 2003, Olivier joined L’Occitane Group as Deputy GM in charge of Strategy and Acquisitions. As such, Olivier spearheaded the project team for the successful company listing on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange and led the acquisition and integration of 2 new complementary beauty brands.
After investing and being involved in diverse companies, Olivier created YO Strategies specialized in Strategic Consulting in 2015.

MANFREDO CAMPERIO

After only five years of working for The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company and Bulgari Hotels and Resorts, he was made responsible of the Food & Beverage Operational Manual and training procedures for the opening of Bulgari Resort Dubai, which was eventually used for all future global openings of the brand. He later became a private operational consultant before taking on the role of Director of Food&Beverage for the Gran Hotel Domine, the most important hotel in Bilbao, Spain. Manfredo holds a Bachelor of Arts majoring in International Studies and double-minoring in Environmental Science and Urban Studies.

Marco is a senior level, global executive with over forty years of international business experience encompassing a unique mix of leadership roles involving strategic operations, sales&marketing and finance within the consumer packaged goods and international trading of Italian branded food products in over forty countries. Marco was the previous CEO of De Cecco Pasta USA and is currently CEO of Filippo Berio USA olive oil as well as President of the North American Olive Oil Association.
