  • Graduated with a Science and Technology Degree in the restaurant industry where she studied the entire line from production to service

  • Started her experience in the world of luxury from Missoni hotel in Scotland

  • She continued her carrier with Bulgari Hotel&Resorts Milano starting from Restaurant Hostess and then taking on the role of Supervisor managing a team of 15 people

  • Continued on with a management training with St.George Taormina restaurant of Heinz Beck*** followed by Hotel Straff & Bar a Milano, before joining the Team of Via Pasteria.

Andrea DE VITA

CULINARY DIRECTOR

 

  • Minimalist Chef, lover of basic ingredients

  • Experience in Australia, Asia, Canaries and back to Milano with Savini Gourmet; after which he was sent to London in Piccadilly Circus as Chef of the Savini at Criterion

  • His principles for the kitchen are passion and respect for each ingredient and attention to seasonality

  • Once back in Milan, he focused on restaurant start-ups and courses for culinary academies, always attempting to translate complexity into simplicity with the classic traditional recipies and advanced cooking techniques.
