The Product

Replicable Healthy Quality & Balanced Nutritional Value. All recipes are created in-house by our Italian chef and nutritionist, inspired by the Italian & Mediterranean culinary tradition of healthy eating and sustainability

  • The menu was designed to be both healthy and varied, to host guests seven days a week
  • 100% Italian BIO flour. No eggs
  • Pastas and sauces are freshly made daily
  • We source all our vegetables and ingredients from local suppliers
  • Half of our plates are seasonal and change periodically
  • We cater to all pasta lovers, traditional, vegan, vegetarian and gluten and lactose intolerant
